ISLAMABAD: Senator Pervaiz Rashid, Minister for Information and Broadcasting and National Heritage has condemned an attack on satellite channel Aaj TV and an attempt of attack on Waqt TV offices in Karachi on Monday evening.

In his message, the minister said that the present democratic government is committed to the freedom of expression and would take all practical measures to ensure the safety and security of media persons so that they could perform their duties in accordance with their profession.
