KP Governor condemns Charsadda blast

PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor, Sardar Mahtab Ahmad Khan has strongly condemned the bomb blast in District Charsadda, targeting police jawans on Tuesday.

He said that the nation will always feel proud on the immortal sacrifices of the police cops and officers who have been ensuring security to people at the cost of their own lives.

The governor has also expressed his deep shock over the loss of precious lives especially of the police jawans who have embraced martyrdom in incidents of similar nature in Badhaber area of Peshawar earlier last night and further observed that he fully share the grief and sorrows of the bereaved families.

Soon after the incident, the governor telephonically contacted the IGP Nasir Khan Durrani ande expressed his deep feelings of sorrow and also desired to ensure provision of best available treatment facilities to the injured and make their early recovery possible. The governor also wished early recovery of the injured.

Expressing his deep sympathies with members of the bereaved families, the governor has said that the elements involved in the heinous crime will no remain at large and no effort will be spared to bring them to court of law.

He has also prayed for the eternal peace of the departed souls and courage to them to bear the irreparable loss with patience.
