The official said that district government has set up 24 relief camps for flood-stricken people where in about 13000 people have been accommodated. He said that different facilities including food, clean water,fans,bedding and health care were being provided to them in the relief camps.
He said that fodder for animals was also available for the cattle at the camps sites. Ali Annan Qamar said that most of the people who were rescued from the flood hit areas went to their relatives while others were being facilitated by the district administration.
