This was stated by Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah.
He was presiding over a meeting at the Chief Minister House here on Friday. It pondered provision of various facilities for the Japan Industrial Economic Zone near Karachi.
Qaim Ali Shah said that domestic and foreign investment would be encouraged for the development activities in the province.
He pointed out that the government was developing infrastructure and facilities for various projects.
The Chief Minister said that security arrangements would be made for various industrial and development projects.
He also called upon the Japanese investors to consider investment in the projects in the interior of Sindh as well.
The head of JICA Masao Nagase also expressed his views on the occasion.
Qaim Ali Shah said that the government is taking steps for improving the law and order and security.
He further stated that there is quite a lot of scope for investment in Sindh.
Chief Minister asked the IGP for enhancing the number of police personnel in Landhi Industrial Area and setting up of police check posts in there.
