Setting aside all security concerns, the Prime Minister boarded PK-758 (London-Lahore) commercial flight and travelled without any official protocol in the Lahore-bound plane among other passengers.

PM Gilani's decision to travel by commercial flight is part of government's austerity drive to promote a culture of simplicity and frugality in the country, official spokesperson told APP.
