In his message of congratulation to the team and management, the President said that green shirts performed well in its semi- final match against the Indian team.
Their marvellous skills in the match made the nation feel pride, he said and expressed the hope that the team would continue its winning streak in the final match.
The President said hockey is a national game and it should be further promoted.
