A ISPR press release issued here on Thursday said that the purpose of the training is to improve the collective and individual battle skills in present low intensity environments.

It said that the Army troops of Pano Aqil, Hyderabad, Malir, Chorr and Badin Garrison are given exclusive and specialized training to combat urban terrorism.

Besides this the junior leaders are also evaluated to understand the crisis situation and to overcome the same in shortest possible time alongwith quick and correct decision making.

The Corps Commander Lieutenant General Muhammad Zahir Ul Islam appreciated the standards as demonstrated by the troops and urged them to put in more efforts to attain professional excellence.

Earlier, the Corps Commander also visited Petaro Garrison and inspected the progress of different projects.
