MULTAN: Police claimed on Thursday to have arrested 62 criminals, including 51 proclaimed offenders, during a drive across the district.

According to sources, police apprehended nine drug peddlers and two illegal weapon holders and recovered 25 litre liquor, 525g hashish, two pistols and 10 rounds.

Separate cases have been registered against the accused.
