Norway's Jan adjusted housing prices rose 0.6pc

OSLO: Norwegian seasonally adjusted housing prices rose by 0.6 percent in January compared to December, a real estate industry association said on Wednesday.

On a year-on-year basis, prices rose by 8.5 percent in January, Real Estate Norway said. Unadjusted prices rose by 2.9 percent in January from December.

The association has previously said it expects a four to six percent rise during 2015.
