ATC allows 90 day's custody of Babar Chightai

KARACHI: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC-I) on Tuesday allowed 90 days physical custody of Babar Mirza Chughtai to rangers for interrogation.

Babar Mirza Chughtai, a former chairman of Association of Builder and Developers (ABAD) was arrested by the rangers on charges of land grabbing and financing target killers.

The rangers produced him before the ATC-1 and requested for physical custody for interrogation into the charges of land grabbing which was granted by the court.
