LAHORE: Lahore High Court Chief Justice Manzoor Ahmad Malik on Monday constituted a full bench to hear a petition for directions to lodge a treason case against MQM Chief Altaf Hussain.

The three-member bench will comprise Justice Syed Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi, Justice Mazhar Iqbal Sidhu and Justice Erum Sajad Gull.

Earlier, Justice Mazahar Ali Akbar had recommended the formation of larger bench declaring the matter as sensitive.
