During the case hearing, Alyas Siddique counsel for Musharraf submitted immunity application along with medical certificate stating thegeneral's health condition seeking for one day exemption from appearing.

Prosecutor, Aamir Nadeem Tabish objected and said it had become a routine matter to submit the exemption application just to linger on the proceedings.
