ISLAMABAD: Opposition parties Thursday staged walkout from the upper house of the Parliament immediately after the question hour to protest what they said Prime Minister's persistent absence from the House.

Leader of the Opposition Chaudhry Aitzaz Ahsan announced the walkout and said that the opposition wanted to clear the name of the Prime Minister from allegations.

Opposition has already put forth seven questions to Prime Minister as the opposition do not want any controversy should be affiliated with the name of our prestigious the Prime Minister.
