Four killed and 20 injured in road accidents

Four persons including a police constable were killed and more than 20 injured in various road accidents, here on Wednesday.
According to details, the first accident was took place on Jhumra Road near Phatic Dogaran, where a local passenger bus FD-1945 bound for Sangla Hill was over turned, driver lost control to escape another head on collision with a truck.
As a result, Azhar Iqbal, police constable died on the spot, while eight injured, who were shifted to Allied Hospital. Mohammed Umer was reported to be serious, while others discharged after medical treatment.
In another accident, Mohammed Saleem, Rickshaw driver was died on the spot, when front wheel broken due his way and collided with a bus, near Gojra.
In third accident, an employee of Irrigation Department, Bashir Ahmad was killed, while another employee David Masih was injured near Chiniot, when a speedy bus turned turtle after crushing both, who were going on their cycles. Six bus passengers were also injured in this accident.
An old man was crushed to death by a speedy wagon near Mureedwala.
