Saarc summit delegates' families visit historical sites

Families of delegates of Saarc conference, to be held in Islamabad from January four, visited historical monuments here in the city, on Friday.
Indian Foreign Minister's wife Mrs Nilma Sinha, and Foreign Secretary's wife Mrs Shashank, of Saarc General Secretary Mrs. Rahim of Bangladesh, spouses of Indian High Commissioner and Deputy High Commissioner in Pakistan, spouse of Pakistan's Ambassador to India, Mrs Aziz Ahmed Khan and others visited the Lahore Fort and Shalimar Gardens which are included in World Heritage List of Unicef.
The visitors appreciated the Mughal architectures in particular the beautiful "Diwan-e-Khas" and "Diwan-e-Aam" of Lahore fort. Expressing their views after the visits mostly attired in "Sari", said they were delighted to visit such a beautiful city even in chilly weather.
