Activity at Karachi and Qasim ports

The Karachi Port handled 50,438 tonnes of cargo including 42,502 tonnes import and 7,936 tonnes export cargo during last 24 hours ending at 0700 hours on Tuesday.
The cargo comprised of 49,138 tonnes dry and 1,300 tonnes liquid cargo.
Three ships namely Min He, Khairpur and Enrico Ievoli sailed to sea during the report period.
Five vessels viz Min He, Bunga Kenari, Bolan, Ocean Bird and Enrico Ievoli are currently at the berths.
Two ships namely Sea Lady and Bunga Kenari expected to sail on Tuesday, while three vessels viz Corinthiakos, Induruwa Valley and Mercs Kirinda are expected to sail on Wednesday.
Four ships namely Andreea, Apl Mexico, Kibi and Nord Beach due to arrive on Tuesday, while six vessels viz Chemstar Princess, Ap Star, Qatari Ibn Al-Fujaa, Kota Intan, Hyundai Advance and Norasia Sindh are due to arrive on Wednesday.

The cargo comprised of 13,506 tonnes general cargo and 23,987 tonnes containerised cargo.
Container ship CGM Constellation sailed to sea on Tuesday morning.
A total of three vessels viz Pearl of Fujayrah, Ap Star and Enrico Ievoli are currently at the outer anchorage.
Four ships namely Maersk Avon, Pearl of Fujayrah, Ap Star and Enrico Ievoli due to take berths on Tuesday.
Three ships namely M.T. Kinu Gawa, Mighty Michalis and Conti Germany due to arrive on Tuesday.
