If the electricity consumers have any complaint pertaining to the newly installed meters, they can call in the KESC mobile testing van, which would demonstrate accuracy of these metres at their doorstep.
Army Monitoring Team chief, Brigadier Javed Iqbal stated this, while visiting different parts of the city on Wednesday along with the meter-testers to demonstrate the correctness of the new metres installed outside the premises of the consumers.
He urged upon KESC engineers supervising the meter shifting work to interact with the consumers and demonstrate that the metres shifted outside the premises were accurate.
The AMT checked metres in block-2 PECHS through its mobile testing van with the help of latest equipment, in front of the consumers.
On this occasion, Brigadier Javed Iqbal advised the consumers that if they had any complaint regarding the new metres they could call KESC mobile van for testing purposes.
