Chairman Wapda Tariq Hamid has appointed a senior Wapda officer Mohammad Ajmal as his Personal Staff Officer (Technical) to assist him in the technical matters concerning the organisation.
Ajmal, who has vast experience in transmission, contract, procurement, distribution and inspection, assumed the charge of his office.
He has served as head of wind and solar energy of Wapda. He also served as principal of Wapda Engineering Academy for over a year. Ajmal has joined Wapda in 1970.
