A three-member team of Beijing Television (BTV), channel-III will visit Lahore in the second week of next month to prepare a special documentary on 'Basant' festival.
During a weeklong visit, the team will also record some cultural events in Islamabad. The BTV-III, which is an entertainment channel will telecast the documentary in early march.
In recent years, there is a growing trend in China towards kite-flying. Weifang city, east China's Shandong Province hosted its 20th annual kite festival last year that attracted about 100,000 kite enthusiasts from home and abroad.
