Dutch government orders troops for Kabul

The Netherlands said on Friday it was sending six Apache attack helicopters and 135 soldiers to join the ISAF international force operating in Afghanistan.
The deployment will arrive in March and is to participate in International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) efforts to provide security in the Afghan capital Kabul and the nearby environs, the defence ministry said.
The new deployment could be deployed outside of Kabul "on a case-by-base basis", Defence Minister Henk Kamp was quoted by Dutch news agency ANP as saying.
