At a cost of Rs 288 million, F.C. College underpass would be completed within the stipulated period of three months, before March 7, and the development projects have also been initiated in Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, Multan and Bahawalpur.
This was stated by Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Ellahi while talking to newsmen during his inspection visit to the underpass here on Saturday.
He also said the construction activities have been expedited in the province that has resulted in provision of jobs to the people, adding more underpasses and fly-over would be constructed to resolve traffic problems of the city and Lahore Ring Road project would also be undertaken soon.
The chief minister said the construction work on projects of Lahore-Kasur Road and Sheikhupura-Nankana Road would be started during the current fiscal, which would result in accelerating economic activities in these areas.
