Gilani on ECL and will not attend PPP meeting in Dubai

Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani, Central Vice Chairman of PPP and former Speaker of National Assembly will not attend an important meeting of Central Executive Committee (CEC) of the party to be held in Dubai on February 20 under the chairmanship of Benazir Bhutto as his name was included in Exit Control List on the recommendation of National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
PPPP would discuss the situation after confession of Nuclear Scientist Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan, pardon given by Pervez Musharraf and reaction by the nation.
The meeting will also review policy of present regime on Kashmir and future strategy of the party in this respect, PPP spokesman Tariq Raza Khan said here on Sunday
PPP has decided not to take part in protest rallies against the debriefing or arrest of scientists.
Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Deputy Secretary General, Ahmed Hussain Dehar, Divisional Co-ordinator, Khalid Hanif Lodhi, General Secretary, two MPAs from Multan, Dr Javed Siddiqui and Malik Muhammad Ishaq Buccha and Afzal Sindhu and Khwaja Rizwan Alam will leave for Dubai on February 18.
