The Lahore High Court has directed the Attorney General for Pakistan to submit para-wise comments in Khan Research Laboratories (KRL) employees' case on Tuesday.
A Division Bench issued these directions during the hearing of Habeas Corpus writ petitions of eight detained employees of KRL here on Monday.
Attorney General Makhdum Ali Khan, who appeared before the court said that he would also assist the court on the next date of hearing on Wednesday February 11. He further submitted that it would be the courts' discretion to decide whether the relevant material should be submitted or the trial should be held in camera.
The Chief Justice of Lahore High Court has constituted the Division Bench comprising Justice Moulvi Anwar-ul-Haq and Justice Mansur Ahmed to hear the writ petitions.
The Division Bench had directed the Attorney General to assist the court on the last date of hearing.
