Journalist Khawar Mehdi Rizvi filed two petitions in the Anti Terrorist Court (ATC) against his case of treason here on Tuesday.
According to details, journalist Khawar Mehdi Rizvi, Abdullah and Allah Noor were produced before the court here on Tuesday.
They are facing trial on charges of preparing a fake movie of Taleban activities in Killa Abdullah area along with two French journalists.
Khawar Mehdi filed two petitions seeking abolishment of treason charges against him. The court adjourned the hearing till March 5, 2004.
