Nadra issues CRC instead of B form

28 Feb, 2004

The National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) has started registration of children by issuing Child Registration Certificates (CRC) instead of the form "B".
According to Nadra, the applicants who have not registered their minor, while applying for their computerised National Identity Card or if they want to change the information, the request will be verified through Nadra's database.
The verification can take one day and the applicants can get their CRC the next day. The parents of the child need to have the new ID cards and can be availed through the 156 Swift Centers across the country.
Nadra has advised all those desirous of getting new identity cards to furnish complete details of their children so that they may get the CRCs of their children.
