The Bangladeshi taka closed steady on Tuesday, helped by dollar inflows from exports and expatriate remittances, dealers said.
The taka was quoted at 58.90/58.95 per dollar against 58.91/58.95 on Monday.
Call money rates ranged between 5.5 percent and 7.0 percent against 5.25-7.0 percent.
The central bank rejected 1.5 billion taka worth of one-day repos on Tuesday.
