Activity at Karachi and Qasim ports

The Karachi Port handled 58,786 tonnes of cargo including 48,815 tonnes import and 9,971 tonnes export cargo during last 24 hours ending at 0700 hours on Saturday.
The cargo comprised of 24,586 tonnes dry and 34,200 tonnes liquid cargo.
Four ships namely Qatri Ibn Al Fuja, Clipper, Warbah and Marinor sailed out to sea during the report period.
Two vessels viz Corinthiakos and Kota Tegap are currently at the berths.
Two ships namely Kota Tegap and Le Ding expected to sail on Sunday.
M. V. Ocean Genius due to arrive on Saturday, while four vessels viz Nuryan Bu, Kota Intan, Orient Stride and Do Mas Mauritius are due to arrive on Sunday.
Three vessels viz Uni Tank, Kota Hening and Kota Wang are due to arrive on Monday.

A total cargo volume of 51,124 tonnes including 38,000 tonnes import and 13,124 tonnes export cargo was handled during last 24 hours ending at 0800 hours on Saturday.
The cargo comprised of 5,466 tonnes chemicals; 19,818 tonnes iron ore and 25,840 tonnes containerised cargo.
Two vessels viz China Star and Bow Cedar sailed out to sea on Saturday morning, while two more ships namely Safmarine Pakistan and Nur Al Jubail are expected to sail on the same day afternoon.
A total of four vessels viz Saudi Diriyah, Chemstar King, MSC Austria and M. T. Al Maqwa are currently at the outer anchorage.
Three ships namely Saudi Diriyah, Chemstar King and Wan Hai-305 due to take berths on Saturday.
Three vessels viz Hotaka Maru, Chemroad Vega and Qem Star due to arrive on Saturday.
