A group representing faculty members of the US National War College visited the Pakistan embassy and attended a briefing by ambassador Ashraf Jehangir Qazi.
The group plans to embark on a study visit of Pakistan and India during May, and today's meeting was preparatory in nature.
Deputy President, ambassador Johny Carlson accompanied the study team.
In the meeting, matters pertaining to Pakistan-US relations, defence co-operation and developments in the areas of Pakistan-India relations came up under discussion.
A question-answer session followed the meeting. Air Attache, Group Captain Azhar Hasan, besides officers from the diplomatic wing were present on the occasion.
