Sporadic clashes: 5 Palestinian held

Sporadic clashes were reported in the West Bank and Gaza Strip Saturday, as Israeli soldiers arrested five suspected Palestinian militants in two separate raids, sources on both sides said.
Israeli troops and Palestinian gunmen traded fire after three army jeeps drove into the Balata refugee camp outside the northern West Bank town of Nablus, Palestinian security sources said.
Meanwhile, Israeli soldiers raided the neighbouring Ain Beit Ilma refugee camp, arresting three suspected Palestinian militants, the sources said. Two members of the radical Palestinian group, Hamas, were also detained near the southern West Bank town of Bethlehem, Israeli military sources told.
