Chief Minister Sindh Sardar Ali Mohammad Maher has sharply condemned the bomb explosion incident at Defence Golf Club car parking on Saturday night and termed it an evil conspiracy to sabotage the law & order situation of the cosmopolitan city.
He observed that this incident was aimed to disturb the peaceful happening of Musical program of the artists coming from neighbouring country.
Mahar has directed IGP Sindh and other law enforcement agencies to take all possible measures on emergency basis to thwart any such incidents in future.
He further directed to keep strict vigilance on the activities of such anti social elements and make more effective the checking and vigilance system throughout the province and for the purpose all the available resources be utilised.
He said that maintaining law and order in the province was the first priority of government and appealed to masses to co-operate with government in this regard.
It may be mentioned here that one person was killed while several others were injured in the bomb explosion occurred at Defence Golf Club.
