MNA granted bail before arrest

The anti-terrorist court has accepted the pre-arrest of the bail of Zamrud Khan, MNA of Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarian here on Friday.
The judge of the Anti-Terrorist Court No 2 Safdar Hussain Malik after hearing on the bail application moved by the Zamrud Khan's counsel has accepted the pre-arrest bail of the MNA.
An FIR was lodged in City Police Station by Azizullah Khan, driver of Bus No 7219-IDS of Varan Tours against the Zamrud Khan MNA, pleading that he along with many other persons has attacked the said bus and torched the bus after looting the money from the conductor.
In his bail application Zamrud Khan has pleaded that it is a politically motivated case and driver on behest of his owner is trying to take political advantage and divert the public attention from the core issue.
He prayed before the court that pre-arrest bail should be granted to him in order to plead this case.
The court after hearing argument has accepted the application and granted the MNA pre-arrest bail.
