Moot on automobiles on May 12

First-ever conference on automobile and financing will be held at a local hotel on May 12.
According to organisers here on Sunday Federal Secretary of Industries and Production, Javed Ashraf will inaugurate conference while Federal Minister of Production Liaqat Ali Jatoi will be the chief guest at the concluding session.
The objectives of the conference are to highlight the growth and development of auto industry and financial sector, auto financing facilities available to the customers, role of the urban transport and its impact on auto industry.
The participants would also discuss government policy on import of automobile including reconditioned cars.
Chairman, Pakistan Automotive Manufacturer Association (PAMA) and Hino Pak Motors Kanwar Idris, Managing Director Indus Motors Mazhar Valjee, Chairman PAAPAM Nabeel Hashmi, Executive Director of Pakistan State Oil (PSO) Kaleem Siddiqui, Zubina Sadick of Habib Bank, Umer Minhas of Union Bank, Nasim Khan of SIGMA Leasing, T. I. Johnson of Adamjee Insurance, H.M. Shahzad, Chairman Motor Dealers Association and others will address on the occasion.
Prominent professionals from auto industry, finance, insurance, vendor industry and the policy makers will share their views during the conference.
