A 22-year old under-trial prisoner Muhammad Suhail of new central jail died of heart attack in new Nishtar Hospital Multan here on Sunday. He was recently shifted to Multan from District jail Toba Tek Singh.
He was involved a in murder case. However, his parents alleged that he was subjected to torture by jail staff and he was shifted to hospital when his condition deteriorated.
