Rocca discusses various issues with Musharraf

Visiting senior US official Christina Rocca on Wednesday held extensive talks with Pakistani leadership on bilateral issues and regional situation, including security situation on Pak-Afghan border.
The US Assistant Secretary of State called on President Pervez Musharraf, Prime Minister Jamali and Foreign Minister Kasuri.
Pakistan-India composite dialogue, Afghanistan and the war on terrorism also came under discussion.
The two sides discussed the progress in the Pakistan-India composite dialogue to address all out standing issues including Kashmir. The developments in Iraq were also discussed.
Christina Rocca briefed the Foreign Minister about the US plans for a new proposed resolution on Iraq, which will be submitted, to the UN Security Council.
She appreciated Pakistan's position in the war against terrorism.
