Activity Karachi and Qasim ports

The Karachi Port handled 83,941 tonnes of cargo including 62,926 tonnes import and 21,015 tonnes export cargo during last 24 hours ending at 0700 hours on Wednesday.
The cargo comprised of 43,625 tonnes dry and 40,316 tonnes liquid cargo.
Two ships namely Commuter and Min He sailed out to sea during the report period.
Two vessels viz Banga Kinari and Eax Sanctity are currently at the berths.
Four ships namely Banga Kinari, Orient Stride, Apl Mexico and Delmass Mauritius expected to sail on Wednesday.
Six ships namely MT Swat, Kota Mesra, Tiger Ocean, Sea Navigator, Kota Wajaya and Gulf Fortune due to arrive on Wednesday, while five vessels viz Ta Yo-II, Safmarine Pak, Hyundai Sprinter, Topaz Ace and Tiger are due to arrive on Thursday.

The cargo comprised of 33,624 tonnes furnace oil; 5,004 tonnes edible oil; 8,005 tonnes iron ore and 18,683 tonnes containerised cargo.
Three ships namely CMA CGM Capella, MSC Aurora and Athenoula sailed out to sea during the report period, while another ship MT Gulf Success is expected to sail on Wednesday.
A total of two vessels viz Glavestone and Sinar Sabang are currently at the outer anchorage.
Two ships namely Glavestone and Sinar Sabang due to take berths on Wednesday.
MT Atlantida due to arrive on Wednesday, while three more ships namely MT Belisize, CV MSC Sardina and Al Isha's are due to arrive on Thursday.
