Setting up of cadet college in Multan delayed

Political and vested interests and red tape culture have delayed the establishment of Multan Cadet College which makes the needy people of southern Punjab rolling stones who by force of circumstances bear additional expenditure on providing cadet college education to their children at far-flung stations.
Lack of establishment of a cadet college is increasing the sense of deprivation and discrimination among the people of southern Punjab living without needy infrastructure which is likely to reduce PML sympathies among masses, observed education experts.
Hundreds of students each year, determined to get admission in cadet colleges for joining Pakistan army, fail to fulfil their dreams.
The tale of cadet college establishment revealed a tug of war between Punjab and southern Punjab politicians over establishment of cadet college in Multan.
