Lahore High Court dismisses petition

The Lahore High Court (LHC) has dismissed a petition filed by a brick kiln labourer Abdullah praying to the court to appoint him as Prime Minister of Pakistan.
The court, while dismissing the petition, observed that there is a prescribed procedure.
The petitioner contended that the government had failed to smoothly run the affairs of the country and people were facing manifold problems. The court, after hearing petitioner's counsel at length dismissed the petition.
