OIC body chief visits IIU

OIC Committee of Eminent Personalities Chairman Dr Kamal Hasan has said that the best way to bring change in the socio-economic condition of the Muslim world is to work meaningfully on strengthening relations among the academic institutions of the Muslim world.
He was talking to former justice Khalil-ur-Rehman Khan, Rector, International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), during his visit to the university.
Dr Kamal, who is also the Rector of International Islamic University Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, was accompanied by some other delegates of the OIC committee of eminent personalities, including Islamic Universities League (IUL) General Secretary Dr Jafar Abdus Salam and Ain-Al-Shams of University Cairo Egypt and Dr Mohammad Al-Said Gamal-al-Din.
The visiting delegation informed the IIUI authorities about their discussions on improvement in the OIC educational activities and said that a network for exchange of research findings and information is to be developed.
Delegates from Egypt extend invitation to the authorities of IIUI to visit Egypt and share their experience in a seminar in Cairo.
