Iranian exhibition in Peshawar soon

First Consular Islamic Republic of Iran, Ghulam Hussain Iqbali has said that a delegation of Iranian traders would visit Peshawar to hold an exhibition of their products.
Talking to the office-bearers of the newly established Tribal Chamber of Commerce & Industry (TCCI) here at the residence of its President, Haji Ghulam Ali, the Iranian envoy stressed on exchange of trade delegations between Iran and Pakistan for promotion of commercial ties between the two brotherly countries.
Iqbali congratulated the cabinet of TCCI and expressed the hope that the trade body would play an effective role in improving the economic and financial conditions of tribesmen.
Speaking on the occasion, Haji Ghulam Ali informed the visiting guest about the functioning of TCCI.
Due to efforts of NWFP Governor, Lieutenant General Iftikhar Hussain Shah (Retd) the environment for investment in Fata and Pata is very conducive, he added.
He also suggested for formation of Pak-Iran Chamber of Commerce and Industry so that trade between the two countries could flourish.
Later, the Iranian envoy assured the TCCI members of his government's co-operation to Pakistani businessmen and relaxation in issuance of visa.
