Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Shahid Karimullah on Thursday emphasised upon the graduating officers to maintain high standards of professionalism and to selflessly discharge their sacred duty of safeguarding the sea frontiers of the country.
He was addressing the student officers of 33rd Pakistan Navy (PN) Staff Course at PN War College Lahore.
On his arrival, the Chief of the Naval Staff was received by Commandant PN War College. He reminded the officers of the changing Geo-Strategic situation, particularly in the Indian Ocean and the need for Pakistan Navy to adjust and respond appropriately.

He also apprised the house of the government's efforts and commitment to improve the maritime sector and Navy.
In the end, the Chief of the Naval Staff discussed the future developmental plans of PN and responded to the various queries raised by the course participants.
