SRO 489(I)/2004.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1A) and clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Federal Government is pleased to rescind its Notification No. SRO 389(I)/2001, dated the 18th June, 2001.
