SRO 496(I)/2004.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section
(3) of section 6 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to rescind its Notification No. SRO 336(I)/2002, dated the 15th June, 2002.
