An accountability court adjourned to July 10 the proceedings in a reference against Home Minister Syed Faisal Saleh Hayat after recording the statement of Investigating Officer Javed Shah.
The counsel of the accused will cross-examine the prosecution witness on next date of hearing.
Meanwhile, another accountability court adjourned to July 3 the proceedings in a reference against Seth Nisar as his counsel failed to appear before the court.
The accused has been facing the charges of evading tax and causing damage to the public exchequers worth millions of rupees.
