More new ministers in the Sindh Cabinet are likely to be inducted on Saturday.
Sources on Thursday said the first instalment of the ministers would remain less than 20, as were in the previous cabinet.
In addition to 20 ministers, there were seven advisers with the status of provincial ministers, eight advisers without the status of ministers and four special assistants.
In all, there were 34 MPAs from among the coalition partners, who were accommodated as ministers, advisers and special assistants, but this time there are more aspirants for ministerial slots.
Sources said in the first go a small cabinet would be constituted, that would include turncoats as well.
They said the provincial chief minister would enlarge the Cabinet in piecemeal to prolong his stay in power and the same strategy also suits the MQM as well, adding only a few new faces would be inducted.
Syed Sardar Ahmed of MQM has already taken oath as the finance minister and Ch. Iftikhar Ahmed of PML (F) as the Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Law minister.
