Lufthansa not buying Fraport stake

German airline Deutsche Lufthansa is not considering buying a stake in Frankfurt airport operator Fraport AG, it said on Saturday, denying a report in Germany's Spiegel magazine.
"Lufthansa is not considering buying a stake in Fraport," a spokesman for the airline said, adding that he wanted to make his point "very emphatically".
Spiegel had said in an article to be published on Monday that there were "intensive internal discussions" at Lufthansa about buying an 18 percent stake that the German government is to sell in Fraport next year.
