ISE: bulls remain in driving seat

Bulls continued to stay in the driving seat at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities showed healthy signs amid increase in index.
ISE network index was up by 80.84 points as the composite index moved from 11,894.39 to 11,975.23 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 47,00,600 shares as compared to previous volume of 63,92,100 shares.
Total 116 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (78) closed in positive territory, 37 showed negative signs while one company remained pegged to its previous level.
The volume of OGDCL was 3,816,500 shares as compared to previous turnover of 5,227,500 shares. The turnover of Pakistan Oilfields was 283,100 shares as compared to previous volume of 367,700 shares. The turnover of Hub Power Company was 220,000 shares.
