Prime Minister takes note of traffic halt for VIPs

Prime Minister Chaudhry Shujaat Hussein has taken serious note of traffic-hold during the VIP movement, causing great inconvenience to the general public.
He has directed the traffic officials to withdraw orders of restraining traffic for a longer period at the time of VIP movement to save people from any inconvenience, specially during this hot and humid weather.
In a statement issued here, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain asked the traffic officials that during his (PM's) movement they should make maximum efforts that the traffic flow was not interrupted.
Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain said it was the responsibility of the government to solve problems facing the people and he did not wish to see people facing any difficulties during the VIP movement.
The Prime Minister said he felt more at ease while travelling as a common citizen in the city and would not like to see anyone facing inconvenience because of him.
Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain said if the traffic was to be halted for security purposes or for any other inevitable reason, it should be for a minimum possible period.
