AJK PPP holds demonstration for release of Hafeez

The Pakistan Peoples Party of Azad Jammu & Kashmir on Friday staged a protest sit-in here for the release of Kashmiri national Amjad Hafeez kidnapped in Iraq by the extremists.
The PPP AJK leaders including its Secretary General, Chaudhry Latif Akbar, President PPP district Muzaffarabad, Syed Shaukat Naqvi, Deputy Chief Organiser, Shaukat Javed, Ejaz Mughal advocate, and Raja Faisal Azad staged protest sit in outside the central Press club at old secretariat.
They chanted slogans for the release of hostage Amjad Hafeez when media personals visited the sit in camp. They were also carrying placards inscribed with the slogans like, "Iraqi Kashmiri Bhai Bhai", " Release Amjad Hafeez" etc.
The PPP leaders while addressing the protestors demanded of AJK and the govt of Pakistan to take immediate steps for the safe release of the Kashmiri national.
The protest demonstrations also were held in the hometown of Amjad Hafeez in Rawlakot on Friday. In Datot village, near his hometown, college students took out a protest demonstration demanding immediate release of Amjad.
