PPP to observe black day on July 5

The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Sindh will observe black day on July 5 in district headquarters of the Sindh.
PPP central leaders, including Nisar Ahmed Khuhro and Haji Muzaffar Ali Shujra, said that it was the day when the first elected Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was hanged to pave way for the dictatorship of Zia-ul-Haq.
Besides a meeting of the democracy lovers' party workers and sympathisers with black armbands, black flags would be hoisted on the houses, they further added.
In a press release issued here, the leaders said that people of Sindh would display force of unity against dictatorship.
District organisations of the PPP would also record protest against the dictatorship.
