ISE: bulls remain in front seat

Bulls continued to stay in the front seat at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities showed positive signs amid increase in index.
ISE network index was up by 53.68 points as the price-based indicator moved from 11,987.70 to 12,041.38 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 31,27,500 shares as compared to the previous volume of 27,73,300 shares.
Total 129 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (70) closed in positive territory, 58 landed in minus zone, while one company remained pegged to its previous level.
The volume of OGDCL was 23,97,000 shares as compared to the previous turnover of 20,43,500 shares.
The turnover of Pakistan Oilfields was 257,600 shares as compared to the previous volume of 2,33,700 shares. The turnover of Hub Power Company was 227,000 shares.
